Shipping policy

How We Ship

RV & Marine Supply ships orders across the continental United States. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can get back on the road or the water.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico 5-10 business days
Delivery estimates are based on carrier transit times after shipment and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather events, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Freight & Oversized Items

Certain large or heavy items may ship via freight carrier. If your order qualifies for freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange delivery.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) immediately
  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery at  support@rvandmarinesupply.com
  • Do not discard the original packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
